Goldsworthy The ecard didn’t come til night time after ordering it in morning. I cancelled the order in the mean time. Was not happy.

Janet Danner On the web sight the only gift card available was for $10, all others were out of stock. I wanted $150. I emailed customer service. Their answer was go to the web sight to purchase. Still out of stock. I called and left a message. Never heard from them. Decided I had to buy 15 $10 cards. There was no place to enter a different email address to send them to, this was a gift. I received 15 emails with one code for $10 in each. I had to forward 15 separate emails to my daughter for her gift. That is a burden she should not have to bear. I wonder when she orders how difficult it will be to use 15 gift card codes. I still wonder how a gift card can be out of stock when it’s all done via email. I doubt I would ever choose this as a gift again.

Jake Cadman I bought this as a gift for my wife, but then when she went to use it, it was not available for use on the app. Of course, the shirt she wanted was only available on the app. One would think it would be easy to make these gift cards available for use on the app or the website.
