Very Soft & Fluffy but definitely too small

This is a super cute jacket but it is not sized correctly. I ordered my normal size Medium but it is way too small. Must be made in China for tiny people or it it is completely missized. Too expensive to return so I will have to give it to a little kid. Very disappointed.
