The Color of Spring
Hello, my gorgeous Filly Flair readers! Today is such a fantastic day - I literally feel a lightness in my step and I genuinely must have just woken up on the right side of the bed. I rolled over this morning to the most beautiful sunlight peeping through my floor-length blackout curtains (are they really doing their job if I can see streams of light??) and I just knew it was going to be a day worth writing about. As I got out of bed I stretched my body all the way to the ceiling then bent down to touch my toes which sent a riveting crack all throughout my back. BINGO! Sign #2 of a perfect day. The third sign of a perfect day? I threw on my house slippers and walked outside to check the mail where I discovered my latest order from Filly Flair arrived on my front porch. Checkmate! Let the perfect day begin.
I brought the beautifully wrapped package inside, grabbed my coffee and a banana, and began to open my online order. I order so much online, I almost forgot what I had even purchased. As I tore through the packaging I discovered one single color-palette: Mint Blue! It was so comical, I laughed aloud as I stood alone in my kitchen. If you know me at all, you know that springtime is my favorite time of year. And with springtime comes pastels, florals, and the typical color of spring: mint blue.
So without further ado, check out my Filly Flair online clothing haul and let me know in the comments below what you think of the selections!
1. Twist Tie Lace Cap Sleeve Mint Blue Top
Okay, so when I first saw this top I knew it was an absolute #MustHave item for this spring. I added it to my cart immediately on the off chance that another customer was able to purchase it before me! This twist tie mint blue top is the perfect amount of casual, but still features a gorgeous dainty detail in the lace cap sleeves. This ultra-feminine finishing touch is exactly what this top needed. The lace makes this top so easy to dress up or down and I just love it!
2. Sky Blue Floral Spring Sundress
This tiered sky blue dress features a gorgeous floral print and modest v-neck for a casual but beautiful spring look. I'm also loving the 3/4 length sleeves that make this dress more conservative. I feel like I'll end up wearing this adorable floral print spring dress to a brunch with my family or a casual outdoor gathering.
3. Mint Blue Tassel Crop Top
If I've ever seen a shirt begging to be worn with super cool printed wide length pants or chic high-waist skinny jeans, this is the top. Featured in colors teal and coral, you can choose which tone is best for your skin and rock it all season long! The tassels are extra fun too, giving this top the little bit of POP it needs to stand out!
