Spring Transition
Good morning Filly Flair Ladies! Do you feel spring in the air? We're only two months away from gorgeous sunny days, crisp and fresh spring air, and those adorable pastel flowers we have missed during the frigid winter months. I don't know about you guys, but spring is by far my favorite season! My style gets a little lazy during the winter with the call of soft fleece leggings and over-sized puffy jackets. Soon we will be trading winter beanies for festive fedoras paired with long tousled wavy hair. I can already feel the sun on my face as I stroll through my favorite downtown shops and restaurants. I think it's safe to say I'm officially counting down to the first day of spring 2020!
My favorite part about spring is that you can throw on a floral dress and look put together in five minutes! What a dream come true! As we prepare for the glory that comes with this perky new season, I've compiled some basic tips and tricks to prep your wardrobe for the brighter and lighter spring style transition.ย
1. Light-Weight Spring Cardigans
Transitioning into spring typically means embracing the colors and patterns of this new season while still dressing warmly for the remaining winter days. Check out these gorgeous soft cardigans in spring colors like green, light pink, and dark pink. These colors pair perfectly with floral print dresses or jeans and booties. This pop of color shows you're ready for a bright sunny day. Which of these cardigans is your favorite? How would you layer them?
2. Dainty Floral Print Tops
Nothing screams Spring Queen like incorporating gorgeous pastel floral print tops into your style. All of these tops pair perfectly with jeans and booties so that you can keep the chill off while still celebrating the emerging spring season. Which of these 3 tops below is your favorite?
3. Festive Spring Dresses
One of the best parts of gliding into the new season is getting to wear dresses again! Dresses are such a quick and easy wardrobe staple to throw on and run out the door while still looking great! Transitioning into spring is easy with fun floral spring dresses. Layer cardigans or leggings with your dresses to keep warm. You'll still be spring ready, but your style will be brighter and lighter than the typical winter theme. What floral spring dress do you like the most? How would you style these gorgeous pieces?
