It’s finally that time of year again. Pumpkin spice is in the air and the sunflower fields and pumpkin patches are calling your name for that annual photoshoot to mark the end of summer. COLOR SCHEME

There are a couple of go-to options for the color scheme and aesthetic of this Instagram-worthy photo shoot. If you use this handy guide, you will never be left feeling disappointed with the results of all that frolicking through the fields and hugging pumpkins...

⦁ A BOLD LIP. Now that the cooler months are approaching it is time to pull out those bold lip colors. You can try a classic red, a deep purple, or dark brown. This look will pop in your photographs and create a true magazine ready gallery. Be bold!

⦁ SIMPLE, SLEEK HAIR. When it comes to any photoshoot, you want to keep your hair sleek and simple. Try an understated hairstyle. A simple bun or braid can go a long way! The goal is to stray away from distracting from your face. This doesn’t mean you can’t have fun! We love creative hairstyles as much as the next girl. We recommend trying a unique bun look with some loose strands to frame the face and accentuate the eyes.
