Beauty Tips and Tricks for Fall

As we reach the middle of October, the air grows colder and the sunsets are like melting orange dreamsicles, sinking into the hills. Itโ€™s a magical time of year and the foliage is just as lovely as ever. What is there to dislike about Autumn? Itโ€™s around this time that our color starts to fade, our skin dries out. Itโ€™s a transitional time, and that means you need a special beauty routine to help make that transition smoother! Today we are talking all about how to care for your face, hair, and skin during fall, as well as just some fun hacks! So, grab your PSL, a pen, and some paper- letโ€™s jump in!

SCALP AND HAIR TREATMENT

Omega-3 Fatty Acid: One way to protect your scalp from getting dry during the fall is to eat foods rich in Omega-3 such as pumpkin seeds and walnuts!

Jojoba oil and Rosehip oil: Jojoba and rosehip are wonderful for dry scalp, damaged hair, and hair growth as well! Rosehip helps to repair irritated skin, reduce inflammation, and calm itching. Jojoba (Pronounced ha-ho-buh) is rich in vitamin E and it a fantastic way to prevent hair loss and condition your hair and scalp. Adding a single drop of both of these extraordinary oils to your everyday shampoo or conditioner will be a sure game-changer this fall!

DIY Hair Mask: Those golden locks donโ€™t have to darken due to Autumn. Naturally, lighten your hair with this fun, affordable, and easy hair and scalp mask! Itโ€™s extremely simple to do, and you probably already have these ingredients in your kitchen. Double the recipe if your hair is exceptionally long and/or thick!
